KPG Architects has held an on-call contract since 2000 for the Homeowner's Association to perform architectural reviews and control of all new construction, renovations, and additions.

Hunt Residence – Austin, Texas
– Renovations to a 1986 non-descript residence.
The new exterior imagery draws from traditional southern styles.
The interior space was reorganized around a new central open stair.

House – Austin, Texas
– Provided design review and production for a retreat house located on

Reagler Residence – Wynne,
Arkansas – New 2,500 s.f. lake-side residence that is anchored around a
central entry tower. All living spaces and the three-bedrooms are oriented

Dunn Residence – Austin, Texas
– Pool, spa and summer kitchen addition to an existing Mediterranean-Style
residence. A hill country stream
ties the spa and water slide to the negative edge pool.

Travis County Independent Living Center – Austin, Texas – A concept design for a 125 bed center that features atrium spaces as conditioned courtyard rooms. Kernodle Poellot Group, Inc.: Architect of Record. Project in feasibility stage.
Seabrook Apartments – Corpus Christi, Texas – Additions and renovations to an existing 26-building, 80-unit complex. The exteriors and interiors of the structures were to be updated to present a more desirable image. New space has been provided in some of the units to provide more of a mix of commons space, swimming pool access, laundry, and mail facilities. Kernodle Poellot Group, Inc.: Architect of Record.
