EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS
New Frontiers Charter School
– San Antonio, Texas –The
structure was originally constructed in the early 1920's as St. Teresa's girl's
boarding school. The Charter school acquired the property to educate
kindergarten through eighth grade students. Our renovation/remodel of the
existing 50,000 square foot building includes the second floor, mezzanine and miscellaneous

Council – Linden, Texas
–Feasibility/facility
study that included the site evaluation and documentation of six existing
facilities, and potential sites/structures, to determine the viability of each

Texas - New portable classroom structure was administrated for
installation. Services included siting of new facilities, contract
administration, project expediting, and construction management. Kernodle

-Feasibility/facility study
that included reviewing a potential site/structure, programming space for the
Head Start center and Community Action Agency, and developing a construction
budget to determine project scope viability.

-Architectural services proceeded our initial scope by designing a 5,500 square
foot new classroom building. The building includes two classrooms, large
meeting/playroom, administration, parent store, play yard and commercial
kitchen.

Texas
Funeral Home – Central, Texas – Owner’s
name withheld at their request. Designed a 5,000 s.f. Central Texas vernacular
facility that includes a two hundred fifty-seat chapel, and two flexible
visitation rooms that serve as a second chapel. KPG

Mortuary – Fayetteville, Arkansas – Prototypical design of a
complete perpetual care environment that included a Funeral Home, Crematorium
