Alan Kernodle, AIA, NCARB has extensive experience in the hospitality market
that includes traditional and themed environments of hotels, spas, restaurants,
gaming facilities, and parking structures. Additionally, Carl has experience in
the markets of residential, perpetual care, religious, and educational facilities.
These complexes include single-family/multifamily residences, educational spaces, recreational areas, and large
assembly rooms. The services he provides clients include master planning,
theming concepts, full architectural services, and management.
A common factor in many of his projects is the complexity and time
constraints inherent to projects located in many areas of the United
States.
