Collins Creek Restoration Project (Bridge) – Heber Springs, Arkansas – Designed a pedestrian bridge and the construction process for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission's project. The truss-rail design allows for a free-span structure. The construction of the bridge was designed as a kit where all components could be hand-carried down the access trail. Cross County Arts Council - Wynne, Arkansas – Outdoor Classroom/Art Installation. Catalyst project for the Council to receive the 2001 Arkansas Governor’s Arts Award for Art in Education. Carl A. Riverfront Master Plan - City of Memphis, Tennessee –Master plan studies for the revitalization of the riverfront. Carl A. Union Planters Headquarters - Memphis, Tennessee- Carl A. Kernodle, as an intern with the Architect of Record, Hnedak Bobo Group, Inc., assisted with the management and design of the 64,000 s.f. limestone classical office structure to house corporate facilities. AIA Tennessee – 1996 Award of Merit.

Parking Garage Connection - Carl A. Kernodle, as an intern with the Architect of Record, Hnedak Bobo Group, Inc., designed and documented an enclosed connection between a parking garage and an office building.
Medical Office - Carl A. Kernodle, as an intern with the Architect of Record, Hnedak Bobo Group, Inc., designed and documented the medical office/clinic finish-out around the specific doctor's needs.
